A super fun tree house. The kids were so excited, so was I! Who built this? Why is it still hear? The munchkins played till they were ready to pass out. It was so funny, right there in the middle of the desert, a tree house. We for sure will be coming back to this gem in the sand.
Did you have a tree house, or a fort as a kid? I used to love tying ropes from limbs and making tree forts like Tarzan when I was young. I loved climbing trees, nothing was more fun then reaching the top!

81% addicted to blogging? I could have sworn I was more addicted :) Thank you Ya Ya for finding this. You beat me by 1%!!
So if you are a blogger, and you are bored head on over and let me know what your score is :)

We're back from a much needed trip to see the family in Northern Cali. I love them all so much. Thank goodness we have moved closer and can enjoy them all more often :)

I love all the Star Wars movies, but there is something about this one in particular I love. Maybe it's from being a little tom-boy girl, watching this movie and imagining galaxies far far away. I'm not sure, but the opening scene when Darth Vader enters Princess Leia's ship to apprehend her makes me feel like a child, I get so excited "It's Darth Vader, run Leia, RUN!"
As a little girl, when I was sick my mom would always give me flat soda, toast (cut into triangles of course) and chicken noodle soup. It always warmed me up and made me feel better. Even today whenever I have these items I smile and remember my mom taking care of me.

No dictator-style speeches, no walking rocking-dogs, no prancing around in your underwear... Really, what are you allowed to do at the fortress?
